Exotic spas
Spas around the world.
Around the world, traditional beauty rituals make their way into the spa.
Named “Best spa complex in the world” in 2005, the Méridien Hotel in Limassol, Cyprus boasts a thalassotherapy centre with 100 therapeutic or pampering treatments, seven seawater pools and 32 treatment rooms. The five-star hotel has eight restaurants and 329 rooms, suites or private villas; a superior double costs around € 540 per night.
On Majorca, the Mardavall Hotel & Spa, set on the Mediterranean, offers local skincare products in the Altira Spa as well as Chinese medicinal treatments.
Further afield, the St. Regis in Aspen, set in the dramatic Rocky Mountains, offers Remede® Skincare products, while a private island surrounded by crystal lagoons is home to the luxury suites and fitness centre-spa of Tahiti’s Bora Bora Nui Resort & Spa.
