Within France, Corsica and Brittany are gaining in popularity while the southwest is attracting slightly fewer guests. The first criterion for choosing a villa for our portfolio is tranquility: there must be absolutely no nuisance particularly in terms of noise.

In France we look for places that are somewhat out of the ordinary. Then there are more objective criteria like at least one bathroom for every two bedrooms and an equipped kitchen.

But most importantly, we want to give our potential clients the most precise and accurate impression of the villa - that is our philosophy. Our properties are priced around 5000 to 6000 euros for the week, rather reasonable, particularly when divided by the number of guests.

For 2008, we're offering beautiful properties throughout all of Corsica and a range of services (excursion bookings, housekeepers, etc).

Other new additions are some villas in southern Portugal and some bargains in St Barts and Martinique.
